Kuch Dil Ne Kaha is a romantic album brought to you by T-Series. Yes, it`s the same magnificent team of `Tum Bin` and they are back in their element with this album. Nikhil-Vinay had given good music for Tum Bin. In this album, there are 10 songs. Now a day it is a trend of having atleast three singers on a sound track. However, in this album there are only two singers. The songs are sung by Udit Narayan and Anuradha Paudwal.

The first song of the album is Meri Neend Chura Le, it is a solo song and is melodiously sung by Udit Narayan. It is perfectly meant for the people in love. Udit`s voice and late Anand Bakshi`s lyrics are typical for the love song.

The second that comes is Meri Nazar Ke Samne it has a typical muscial base and looks like they have overused dholak. It seems like a boy seeks the girl that he has fallen in love with her. Again, it`s a solo sung by Udit Narayan. It can be easily skipped. Next comes is Mere Dil Pe Haath Rakh Do. It is a quite romantic duet song sung by Udit and Anuradha. It looks like the Nikhil-Vinay have got inspired from Anu Malik. The duo has sung quit well.

Main Tere Khwabon Mein is the fourth song. Again, it`s a solo sung by Udit. The lyrics of the song are more or less same like other songs of late Anand Bakshi. Side `A` ends with the instrumental of `Meri Neend Chura Le` where it won`t take away your sleep but you will fall asleep.

Neend Aati Nahi is the first song of Side `B`. It again starts with a solo sung by Udit Narayan. It has got a lot of inspiration from `Aankhen Khuli Ho Ya Ho Band` from `Mohabbatein`, but then too it is worth listening. One cannot expect a tune from such a big film to be ragged off so easily.

Next on line is Main Tujhko Yaad Aaoonga. A slow song, which reminds you of songs sung by Mohammed Rafi. It`s a duet song sung by Udit and Anuradha and the song is about missing your beloved and they have sung very well at the end when they both sing together. They lyrics are also penned down beautifully by late Anand Bakshi. It is so mushy that it can draw you to tears. It definitely deserves a repeat hearing.

Sanu Tere Naal is today`s pop style song. It starts with the beats and English words but it did not work out. Udit`s rendition does not fit for a pop song. Next is the sad version of `Meri Neend Chura Le` a solo by Udit Narayan.

The last song opens with a drum and much like a Punjabi song. It is nothing new for Udit and Anuradha to sing this type of song; they have sung similar type of songs earlier too. Overall, the music of the film is inspired from other films and other music directors.
