Call it a coincidence or a stroke of bad luck, former Miss world Yukta Mookhey has lost all the meaty projects that she had bagged since her entry into Bollywood two years ago. Unlike her contemporaries like Lara Dutta and Priyanka Chopra who are making rapid strides into the tinselville, Yukta Mookhey has had a shaky start under the arc lamps.

Firstly her debut film Pyaasa (with Aftab Shivdasani) ran into financial trouble at the unlikely time when the movie was almost complete. Then came director Sanjay Shreya's Bandhak (with Dino Morea) which was shelved after a few shooting schedules as the producer failed to pay the promised money to the star cast and the rest of the crew.

Good news came Yukta's way after she was signed to essay a parallel role alongside Manisha Koirala in director Prakash Shaw's semi-realistic film ‘Market'. But sadly, another quirk of fate forced Yukta out of the movie after she sustained an arm injury and got a fracture.
