News is out that Ekta Kapoor postponed her company Balaji Motion Pictures, co-production with Suniel Shetty's Popcorn Entertainment, EMI because her brother Tusshar Kapoor's Golmaal Returns was releasing on the same day. Well the real reason is different as we found out.

Suniel Shetty states from Ahmedabad, "The main and only reason in Sanjay Dutt. He is presently out of Mumbai and shall be only back on November 5th.

In absence of the lead star to promote the film that too a grand Diwali release amidst so much competition makes no sense. We have postponed the film by a week to November 7th now. Sanjay Dutt will get 2 days to promote the film now."

EMI stars Sanjay Dutt, Urmila Matondkar, Arjun Rampal, Malaika Arora Khan, Ashish Choudhary and Neha Uberoi. The character of Sattar Bhai played by Dutt in the film is based on real life loan recovery agent.
