Where there is Sunny Deol, the lashings of violence and stunt-astic action is guaranteed. And so is the case with Jaal - The Trap. Director Guddu Dhanoa celebrated his last commercial hit with the muscle man in the action packed, Ziddi. Co-incidentally both Ziddi and Jaal have dialogues written by Dilip Shukla, who`s Akshay-Raveena starrer, Vidroh, is in limbo and has therefore found the time to pen the dialogues for this flick.

The story revolves around the Minister of Defence and every effort to keep his loving daughter far away from the evils and the immoralities of India. So, as an attempt to keep his daughter away from the Mafia he jets her off to the lovely locales of New Zealand.

The film`s USP isn`t likely to be its storyline but perhaps the fact that the actors have apparently done their own stunts giving their stunt doubles a break. However, this resulted in both Amrish Puri and Sunny Deol meeting with a motorbike accident whilst shooting an action sequence.

Jaal - The Trap will also be the follow up to Reema Sen`s second film after leaving little impact on her mediocre performance in Hum Ho Gaye Aapke. Jackie Shroff also makes an appearance in the film with what is anticipated to be a pivotal role.
