Karan Johar seems to have developed a fascination for re shoots, much like Aamir Khan. K Jo's particularly careful about his rona dhona waale climax sequences.

The producer- director recently got the entire climax of his forthcoming flick 'Dostana' re shot.

A source told a news daily recently, "Karan was never too happy with the end of the flick as he felt it lacked the 'It' factor.

Few weeks back, Karan saw the climax shot by his protégé, Tarun Mansukhani who debuts as a director with his 'Dostana'. He was visibly upset and didn't like one bit the way Tarun treated the scenes. Karan found something sorely missing. That's when he immediately decided to re shoot the entire climax.

But instead of going back to Miami to shoot it again, he got it shot in Mumbai's Goregaon Filmcity."

The concerned producer tried to do full paisa vasool thereafter by remaining on the sets to oversee the shooting and making sure it was up to the mark.

Apart from money matters, looks like K Jo's also trying to emulate perfectionist Aamir Khan. We only wish dear old K Jo had Aamir's great sensibilities too!
