The buzz is that he turned down Ekta Kapoor and Suniel's 'Gen Next', directed by Apoorva Lakhia introducing the winners from the reality show 'Kaun Jeetega Bollywood Ka Ticket' because he didn't want to be associated with Lakhia.
Sanjay confirmed that it was because of the script and not because of Lakhia with whom he had worked in 'Shootout At Lokhandwala'.
