But she feels marriage to Rupak Saluja hasn't changed things for her one bit. The chirpy actress thinks she has lots to offer now.
She's playing an important part in the Saif- Kareena-Vivek starrer directed by Rensil D'silva.
She's been saying, "Yes, I am doing Rensil's film. I got a call from the casting and production team at Dharma Productions. They asked me to go through the script.
I read the script and really liked my role. The film is a political thriller and I am paired opposite Vivek Oberoi. It's not a very big role but it's definitely interesting and pivotal to the story.
Moreover, I didn't want to miss out on a chance working with such a reputed banner. I am looking forward to start shooting for the film end of next month."
She'll also be seen in 'Maharathi', where she stars alongside veterans such as Paresh Rawal, Naseeruddin Shah and Om Puri.
She adds, "Pareshji has directed the play on which the film is based and most of my scenes in the film are with him, so he was always there providing valuable inputs which really helped me."
She says she's been shooting a lot but for various reasons some of the films have been delayed and hence people haven't seen him on screen for a while.
But she's movies like Ashok Amritraj's 'The Other End of The Line' with Jesse Metcalfe and Shriya Saran, 'Suno Na' in which she play a pregnant single woman, 'Mocktail' with Rajat Kapoor, Tisca Chopra, Koel Purie and Mudassar Aziz's 'Dulha Mil Gaya' next week. Plus two of her films- 'The Whisperers' and 'Amavas' have been ready for but haven't seen the light of the day for a while now.
This is one lass who's not willing to give up without a fight.
