The music of "Saathiya" has been released and it has been creating waves all over. The music is already a chartbuster and the promos of the movie are as fresh and interesting as ever. Those who have seen the original to "Saathiya", the tamil movie "Alai Payuthe", already know that the female character of the movie is as well defined as the male character.

Going by the reports, it suggests that this could very well be one of Rani Mukherjee´s career defining movies. Lets await the release of the movie to really answer that. Recently Rani was roped in to do Shahrukh´s next home production to be directed by Aziz Mirza. She is slated to play a "Miss World " in the movie.

As if these these movies would not suffice, her next release after "Saathiya" is expected to be Sudhir Mishra´s "Waapsi", which could get her some critical acclaim. Though the movie might be a Anil Kapoor story, as per Mishra Rani Mukherjee along with Manisha Koirala are supposed to have very strong roles. Here is wishing her luck.
