Please note we have realised that Mr. Anuj Saxena is making false claims and allegations through a Press Release to all the major publications stating that he has rights over all Media Related events connected with M/s. White Leaf Entertainment.

We would like to state that the Gold Awards was a concept of White Leaf Entertainment and Mr. Anuj Saxena of Maverick was desirous of jointly producing the same.

Point from the Contract :

1. " White Leaf Owns the right, title and interest in the name 'The Gold Awards and has registered the same with the Association of motion pictures and TV programmes producers".

2. The parties intend to jointly produce an award ceremony an event to be known as Gold Awards and maverick is desirous of jointly producing the awards ceremony with White Leaf by acquiring 50% of the interest in the Title 'The Gold Awards' and all other rights existing in the said awards.

White leaf is authorised to publish a magazine and produce television serials under the name 'GOLD'. However there is no binding on White Leaf from not doing any other Awards in any other name or related to any Media, Television or Film Personalities as per the contract between White Leaf and Maverick.

Pooja Ghai - "Since he failed to do his own awards in US, which he planned before us, he requested if he could be with us.Also he never had any input, whether it was creative, marketing or technical meeting.

And we had no intentions of letting him party every night and us to slog.Infact he didn't attend even a single meeting this year, which is why we don't want him to be a part of our awards. And if he wishes, he can himself go ahead and conduct the awards."

Therefore to summarise all the allegations levied by Mr. Anuj Saxena are totally baseless with Malafide intentions of causing damage to the reputation of White Leaf Entertainment and its directors Mr. Vikaas Kalantri and Ms. Pooja Ghai.

We request to not publish any such related news or matter which is anyway connected to the claims made by Mr. Saxena or his lawyers in any manner whatsoever as that would be against the court of law.

We are taking necessary actions from our side in order to reply to the baseless and false allegations of Mr. Saxena and will submit an Appropriate answer under the jurisdiction of the court of law.
