After mesmerizing Indian audiences Ashutosh Gowariker's 'Jodhaa Akbar' has enthralled the jury and audience at the BAFTA awards in London.

This historical saga starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been nominated in the Best Foreign Film category and if critics are to be believed then this movie has great chances of emerging victorious.

If Jodhaa Akbar wins this award it would be yet another honor for this magnum opus; after the honours they got at the Sao Paulo Film Festival and the Golden Minbar Festival in Kazan, Russia.

Mike Goodridge, Screen International conveyed his appreciation by saying "I loved it; I could have easily watched another hour!"

The final nominations list for the BAFTA awards will be announced on January 15th with the ceremony itself being staged at the Royal Opera House in London on 8th February.
