Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan is reported to have walked out of producer Feroz Nadiadwala's film titled Kutumb, a Hindi rehash of the Hollywood hit ‘The Godfather'. Kutumb has been hitting one hurdle after another since the day its producer Nadiadwala began the project. First director Mahesh Manjrekar was shown the door and replaced with Vikram Bhatt.

And now it is learnt that Amitabh Bachchan has excused himself from the project. The movie had Big B playing the role similar to that of Don Corleone played by Marlon Brando in the ‘The Godfather'. While the reason for Big B's exit is not clear, grapevine has it that the Bollywood star was unhappy with the film's progress.

It is also being speculated that Bachchan might have had a tiff with Nadiadwala because he recently walked out of his ‘Police Force' too.Nadiadwala is reported to have decided to shelve the film in the light of Big B's departure from the project.
