White Feather Films` Sanjay Dutt-starrer Plan (produced jointly by Dutt and his close friend Sanjay Gupta), which was announced during the IIFA awards in Malaysia early this year, has finally gone on the floors.

The first schedule began in Mumbai with Sanjay Dutt and the supporting cast participating. The film has Priyanka Chopra in the female lead. The role was to be originally played by well-known ramp model Cleo Issacs, who on second thoughts found it `unsubstantial and uninteresting.`

Plan is being directed by debutant Hriday Shetty, son of the late Shetty, a well-known fight master of his time, who also played villain in many films.
