Her films have been flopping left, right and centre, but the irrepressible Kareena Kapoor carries on regardless. The Mujhse Dosti Karoge disaster is still fresh in the minds of people, but she seems to have put that dud behind her.

Kareena is currently full of Khushi. That is the title of the Boney Kapoor film that, a section of the industry feels, could rescue Bollywood from its current air of gloom. On her part, Kareena is pinning great hopes on Khushi. "I am hopeful that Khushi will break the jinx and force my detractors to shut up for good," she thunders. She, in fact, insists that Khushi "will be a milestone in my career whether it`s a hit or not".

Should we then brace ourselves up for the Fardeen-Kareena jodi to break the curse plaguing the industry this year?
