Ex Miss India Celina Jaitley has been trying hard for long to make it to the A-list in B-Town. But to avail.
All she's managed is multistarrer films and unsubstantial roles.
But now we hear she's trying to emulate Rani Mukerji. Considering the fact that Rani too is a passé too now,
it seems to be a rather odd decision though.
She's supposedly playing a role, which is a mix of glamour and realism, very similar to Rani's character in
'Laaga Chunari Mein Daag'.
She will go fully bold and play a stripper in a flick titled 'Showman'.
She says, "I play a half-English and half-Indian girl, who comes from very poor family in London. She grows
up to be a stripper in a nightclub and a con-artist."
We wonder how that's similar to Rani's character in 'Laaga Chunari Mein Daag'. Well, the fate of the film and
the movie seems to be already out in the open.
