The music of Mandira Bedi, Sammir Dattani, Bikram Saluja, Purab Kohli & Prashant Chainani starrer film 42 Kms is out now. The music is composed by Tubby & Parik and direction is by Nisha Chainani. Virgin Records has released the music.

The music was released with much fanfare on January 15 at Fame Cinemas, Andheri. The film will be releasing all over India on 23rd January.

Looking happy with the response of the music Nisha Chainani, Writer -Director said "I am glad the music is already appreciated by the audience! This is a film which has great strength, amazing music and an equally talented star cast."

42 Kms starts with Chand Zameen Pe, an inspiring song sung by KK. "This song is by far the best in the entire album. It is a favourite of the entire star cast" said Bikram Saluja who was present at the event.

Zara, a hip hop number is sung by Sonu Nigam and is picturised on Prashant Chainani. Ai Meri Zindagi is sung by Roop Kumar Rathod & Mahalakshmi Iyer. This song is filmed on Sammir Dattani.

Tumse Milke Hua, sung by Shaan & Sunidhi Chauhan is filmed on Bikram Saluja & Nausheen Ali Sardar. Aate Jaate, sung by Udit Narayan & Shreya Ghoshal is picturised on Purab Kohli. The album ends on a high note with Zara Remix.
