Dissatisfied with the acting offers in Bollywood, model-turned-actor Milind Soman is reported to be producing a film in which he is playing the hero.The character Milind plays in his first production venture is close to his real life.

The yet-to-be-titled film has Milind playing a supermodel who is being wooed by many girls. Among these is a simple girl who takes to photography just to be close to her man. Ultimately she succeeds in making a place in the supermodel's heart.While Parvati Balagopalan with whom Milind worked in Zee TV's serial ‘Margarita' is directing the film, Sandesh Shandilya is composing the music.

The shooting of the film is likely to be over by January next year. And if things go as per schedule, then the movie may hit the marquee by early May. About his new venture Milind says: "There are very few films today that are worth doing, so I decided to make some myself. I won't necessarily act in all my films though."
