Vivek hugging a sexy Antara Mali on the big screen, Vivek doing a soft and tender number with Rani Mukherjee in Saathiya, Vivek getting closer to a third heroine in a third film: that, for Gurpreet, was too tough to handle. The good news is that the parting has been amicable. There was no bitterness when the duo decided to split, and they continue to be good friends even now.

In any case, this seems to the season of splitting in Bollywood. Not long ago, Priyanshu Chatterjee and Malini parted ways. Priyanshu too did not speak about it: at least not till it happened.
