Anil Kapoor is finally going the Akshay Kumar, Manoj Bajpai and Shahrukh Khan way. He`s going to play a bad, bad cop in Anurag Kashyap`s as yet untitled second feature film. Kashyap`s first film, the much-hyped Paanch is yet to see the light of day, unfortunately.

But will Kapoor seek a moral cop-out? "No way," says the versatile star. "When I am in it, I am committed to going the whole hog." Like he did in Paanch, Kashyap hopes to tread the realistic route yet again. Though the film has no songs or heroines, it is not a medium-budget film. It is expected to cost Rs 10 crores. Will Kapoor`s negative move pay positive dividends?
