Farhan Akhtar was a successful director who proved his mettle with films like ‘Dil Chahta Hai', ‘Don' and the like.

Untill the acting bug bit him and he proved that he can act and sing really well with ‘Rock On'. He was good in his sister Zoya's directorial debut ‘Luck by Chance' too.

As an actor he will be working in ‘Karthik Calling Karthik', a psychological thriller opposite Deepika Padukone.

Now the multi talented actor is also a part of theatre too.

He's trying his hand at theatre with sister Zoya and they are participating in the in the all-woman show ‘The Vagina Monologues'.

He admits, "There is a two-part poem and I am doing one part of it and Zoya is doing the other part.

Acting has made me sympathise with actors more. I can understand what they are going through and it has taught me the importance of a good director."

But he's not giving up direction too.

He's set to return to the director's chair with ‘Don 2', a sequel to his last film with Shah Rukh Khan in the lead.

He added, "The cast is final. Shah Rukh Khan is playing Don again and we are using most of the earlier cast members along with a whole lot of new actors."

Well, this guy has a lot on his plate. What next Farhan? Choreographing perhaps.
