We spoke to Satya about his work-out plan,
"Saif has a good body but it needs to be toned again and so he came to me again. He is a very old client of mine.
Every morning, we have a workout session for around two hours, which starts with cardio and later on he also does Yoga which I'm not teaching him because he does yoga with Kareena Kapoor.
Apart from this, he is also following our regular balance diet which is essential to build up weight and muscles."
Saif will be doing action scenes for the film and therefore needs to shed around eight kilos and get a lean, muscular build. This film is directed by Imtiaz Aliand will also have Kareena Kapoor in a substantial role. The film's shooting will commence very soon.
