Sushmita Sen has segregated herself from the herd mentality. It may seem that she has disappeared from the acting scene but the truth is she has a couple of interesting roles on hand. Among these are iDream Productions` Samay, the English version (It Rained That Night) of Mahesh Manjrekar`s Astitva, Manisha Koirala`s Paisa Vasool and Sanjay Gupta`s remake of Oliver Stone`s U-Turn.

While she has an author-backed role in the Manjrekar film, Sush is all set to play a tempestuous character a la Jennifer Lopez in the Sanjay Gupta flick opposite Jackie Shroff and John Abraham.
