Whenever we hear of Manisha Koirala, we think of myriad controversies surrounding her. Who can forget her recent brawl with Shashi Lal Nair over the nude scenes. But lately, she has been lying really low, so we decided to check out where is Manisha. Don`t worry she is very much around. "It`s work, work and more work with Escape To Taliban due for release this week and more to follow soon," corrects Koirala with a smile.

One good thing about this Nepali beauty is her resilience and tremendous grit with which she fights back, and comes out with flying colors. And we are not just talking about Shashi Lal Nair, Nana Patekar or Subhash Ghai who apparently gave her `a raw deal.` They may be "important people" but does that make her anything less? "I have the goodwill of a lot of friends from the industry," she assures. And what`s even more interesting is the fact that even without their support, she could carry on the fight, and get on with life, which obviously includes films of her choice.

Some of these films may not be with the Karan Johars and Sanjay Leela Bhansalis, but all her forthcoming releases are "exclusively different." And to all her detractors she is ready with a retort,"I celebrate life, any problem?"Didn`t we say she is very much here to stay? And that too on her own terms.
