Apparently, he was at a stage when he didn`t want to listen to any scripts at all. But when his manager, Ashish, mentioned Farhan Akhtar, the name stuck. So the next day he informed his manager that he would like to listen to Farhan`s script, just because "something in the back of my mind said I want to hear the story." And when he heard it, he was quite surprised and liked it very much, especially its freshness. Don`t they say great films are made like that?
