Seems like Bollywood has got it`s Robert De Niro and he is is none other than Big B himself. He is far more successful than Abhishek even at this age. Recently he has went too much into Desh Bhakti roles in Bollywood films. He is already acting in Farhaan Akhtar's war drama Lakshya (with Hrithik) and Sunil Bohra's Yudh .

Recently, he also signed to act in Rajkumar Santoshi's Khaki in which he plays a righteous and duty-bound police officer.And now it is learnt that the superstar has bagged the leading role in director Anil Sharma's (of Gadar) next film titled Ab Tumhare Hawale Watan Saathiyo.

The film, believed to be based on the Indo-Pak conflict, also stars Akshay Kumar and Bobby Deol in the supporting roles. Big B plays an Army Major in the movie. The film is also likely to star Aishwarya Rai, although nothing has been finalized as yet.
