Shweta Gulati is the new face of the Sony's, Dekh India Dekh. The vivacious doctor of Sanjeevini is now seen hosting a comedy show. The actress shares her experience on the first day of shoot.

"My first day on the sets of DID was ok, as I was new to them and vice-versa. The contestants as well as judges were very warm and nice to me but it was more like a professional relation than a friendly one. Though I still enjoyed my stint and believe that as the day passes, we will know each other in better way," states Shweta.

Shweta has never before hosted a comedy reality show. "This is something very different for me. I did have a problem with the language, while reading the prompt. A host needs to have a very different body language and I'm just trying to get in that skin. Frankly, I was lost in the space but from next shoot I will get use to it," she adds further.

"The contestants are also used to seeing Shruti or Purbi as host so even they will take time to be comfortable with me. After hosting this show, I realised that even host needs to have a same comic timing as the contestants and it's a lot of hard work," she converse.

When asked of whose act she liked most, she replied, "I found the act of Akbhar-Birbal hilarious. Alongside that I also liked Gaurav Gera's Malti Manohar Mishra act, he was outstanding. Swapnil's don act was also very funny; basically everyone was good and it's difficult for me to choose any one of them."

So viewers get ready for a big dose of laughter as this doctor tries to tickle your funny bones.
