What is turning out to be the most heated controversy of Bollywood in recent times is getting more and more complicated. The day after Vivek accused Salman of threatening him and abusing him over the phone, Arbaaz, elder brother of Salman came up with his side of story. He dismissed Vivek`s allegations as "false and baseless". "Salman is a bigger star than Vivek. To become a star everyone in the industry is targetting Salman," Arbaaz told reporters. He denied that his brother had threatened Vivek on telephone. "This is not true", he said. Salman left for London early on Wednesday but before leaving he denied Vivek`s allegation saying he had never threatened him and he would give a detailed denial on his return.
And now comes the twist in the tale. In a true Bollywood `ishtyle`, the heroin of the story gets injured. Aishwarya Rai fractured her left leg yesterday during the shooting of Raj Kumar Santoshi's film Khaki at Trimbakeshwar, 25 km from Nasik. According to the film's roducer Keshu Ramsay, Aishwarya was watching the rehearsal of a scene when a jeep used in the shooting dashed against the chair on which she was sitting.
She was thrown off the chair and apparently one of wheels hit her leg. She was rushed to Hospital in Nashik city where her condition was described as stable. The actress received a minor fracture in her left feet and is out of danger. She was brought to Mumbai by a special aircraft on Wednesday night for treatment at Hinduja hospital. No prizes for guessing who spent the whole night in the hospital looking after the damsel in distress, our very own Vivek Oberoi.
