Fardeen, who has now got over the loss of his father, is now trying to complete his films and is looking forward to quite a few releases this year. We caught up with the actor looking dapper in a black suit at his film Acid Factory's first look unveiling event.
Fardeen recalls, "Shooting for Acid Factory was literally a party. We downed a lot of vodka after shoot and had fun, except for Aftab who was busy downloading songs on his ipod.
Irrfan was great company and was always witty and regaling us with new jokes. The 32 days in Hyderabad was real good fun, and we all bonded so well on the sets. Later, we shot the film in South Africa."
The actors in the film had to undergo training and lose weight, and keep themselves fit as the movie was an action thriller.
"This film demanded us to be in a certain character thus, all of us had to shape ourselves in our reel characters. We had a lot of sittings, while working on the film and we agreed, and disagreed on many things. But at the same time we were objective about each other. We also criticized each other, but at the end of the day we were all richer in experience" reveals Fardeen.
About his character in the film Fardeen says "I am a very sharp man. I think a lot and since I am a chess player, I keep making new moves. I am always challenging myself when I am on the top of the situation. At the same time, I am a vulnerable man. There is no black and white for me in the characters I meet."
The next few months will see three of his releases almost coming back to back. "Yes I am looking forward to quite a few films. There's Life Partner and then there's Acid Factory in September and then All The Best in November. I am working hard and hoping that my films will do well in the forthcoming months." Fardeen signs off.
