Already there are around seven versions of Devdas in different languages, which have been made into movies. Firstly it was in Bengali language and two times the same subject has been treated in Hindi translation too. Now again, the subject will be treated, but in a Bhojpuri way.

Soon the viewers are going to see Devdas in Bhojpuri films. "Ravi Kishan is all set to play the main lead role. Bhagyashree the damsel of Hindi film Maine Pyaar Kiya is all set to play Paro in the film, " says the source.

This seems to be the second flick of Bhagyashree in Bhojpuri genre. "She was earlier seen in the film called Janam Janam Ka Saath which includes star cast like Manoj Tiwari and Nagma. She seems to be excited to play the role of Paro and make it big for herself in Bhopuri Cinema, " adds the source.

When asked about who is going to play the part of Chandramukhi, our source chirps, "Nothing has been decided on that part, but if the buzz is to be believed it could be the bhaurani of small screen, Shweta Tiwari. The entire star cast is yet to be finalised. Even, for that matter Ravi has just signed the contract yesterday."

Now the question remains, who will play the part of colourful Chunni Babu, the most important person in the life of Devdas? "As usual it's going to be none-other-than Jackie Shroff to portray the role of Chunibabu, as his work in Sanjay Leela Bansali's Devdas has been much appreciated. The producers cannot think of anyone else other than him for this role."

Almost the main cast of the film has been decided. "The shoot for the same will be starting from December as Ravi has his other commitments to be looked upon. Till that time he will finish-off all his movie shoots and start fresh with Devdas, " converse the source.

"For now Ravi will be moving towards South to complete his flick Ravana by Mani Ratnam. He has few more other films in his kitty, but is very excited to play the legendry role of Devdas in the film, " concludes the source.

Devdas was made thrice that resulted in a successful box-office hat-trick for Devdas, now, one has to wait and watch whether it will be a hit or miss for the fourth time!
