When the whole industry is thinking twice over working with Salman, our Bebo has shown the utmost courage and decided to take him on in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's next film titled Bajirao Mastani. Like his previous movie Devdas, Bhansali's next movie will be a period romantic drama. To play the male lead of Bajirao in the film Bhansali has signed Salman Khan.
Although the director had approached Bollywood stunner and heroine of his last two films Aishwarya Rai to act alongside Salman, Ash declined the offer on account of her recent spat with the ‘bratty' Khan. As a result, Bhansali has now roped in Kareena to play Salman's heroine.
It may be mentioned that Bhansali had considered Kareena to play Devdas's lover Paro in his epic drama, but had ultimately signed Ash for the role. With Kareena stepping into Ash's shoes for Bajirao Mastani , the score looks settled.
