Q. What have you learnt from your role in "Kitne Door Kitne Pass" and "Awara Pagal Diwana"?
Ans. Acting career is a long process of learning. Each movie you act in teaches you something. I used to think that right in the beginning one could prove ones acting abilities but now I realise it is a long drawn process, which attains finesse with time. .
Q. "Kitne Door Kitne Pass" turned flop. How you felt about it?
Ans. It did effect me for a while but not much. Critics had however praised my role and acting. It is true that I could not become a star with my first film but then it is better to rise slowly rather than to shoot up and then quickly fall down. .
Q. What is your role in "Ek Aur Ek Geyarah"?
Ans. My role is that of a naughty, fun loving girl who tries to attract people with her beauty. With Sanjay I am into a romantic role. Initially it seemed difficult to act with Sanjay as I know him since the days I was just 13. He has seen me as a child. .
Q. Why are you opposed to item numbers?
Ans. I am not opposed to item numbers as such if it gives recognition. I have only one condition that a producer who makes me do item number, he should promise me to sign me in his next movie as lead heroine. .
Q. Which are your new films coming?
Ans. I am doing a movie "Sharat" with Tushar Kapoor. Gracy Singh is also working with me. This movie is a remake of Telugu picture "Badri". In the Telugu movie, Amisha was in the lead role and in the remake I am doing it. I am also working in Tanuja Chandera's next film. .
Q. You have been quite often seen in the company of Asmit Patel, younger brother of Amisha Patel. What is cooking?
Ans. It is your job to dig out what is cooking. My job is to create a situation where you guys start guessing. I do not want to tell you anything about it.
