And now without underestimating the releases of the week, we begin with Chal Chalein, which still remains ‘Agyaat' among the audiences. Poor promotion, as predicted, is resulting in a debacle for this film.
As far as Agyaat and Teree Sang are concerned, it has become neck-to-neck fight for RGV and Satish Kaushik to fight it out on the box-office collections. While Agyaat remain dominant on single screens with 60 percent to 70 percent collections, Teree Sang got a descent opening at the multiplexes.
Though, Multiplexes did not come with good news for RGV, with 20 percent plus collections only, RGV's Agyaat broke into sporadic hiccups with collections dipping low even during opening week shows.
Teree Sang on the other hand, with good reviews and word-of-mouth is quite capable of drawing the attention of audiences who is still under the spell of Love Aaj Kal mania.
Considering the not so-high budget of both Agyaat and Teree Sang, the films have a fair chance of recuperating their respective investments at the box-office, despite the dominating Love Aaj Kal hovering over them.
