The promos of Chalte Chalte are on air. Shahrukh and Rani look too cool too fresh a pair. Rani looks smashing in her slim figure, better outfits and makeup. Shahrukh Khan made it a point to clarify that right from the start director Aziz Mirza wanted to cast Rani. She was narrated the subject even before Shahrukh had heard it.
Interestingly, director Mani Ratnam had approached Rani Mukherjee first for Dil Se. The fact that she could not do it is another story all together. "Chalte Chalte is a role worthy of her talent," he says. Once Chalte Chalte releases, Khan will then begin to shoot for Farah Khan's Main Hoon Na and Karan Johar's Kal Ho Na Ho.
