It was an evening to remember for the winners and audience present at the 12th Annual Rajiv Gandhi awards, and making it more memorable was newly crowned superstar Shahid Kapoor.

Shahid Kapoor broke into an impromptus jig with his co-star Priyanka Chopra when she came down from the stage at the Dhan Ta Nen song from their recent super hit film Kaminey.

Though this was just for a few seconds, the girls in the crowd descended on to the front row, giving a tizzy to the all male security guards, who were unable to handle the mobbing girls.

Mobbing is usually expected to be led by male fans, but with Shahid Kapoor's ‘Charlie' avatar gaining instant popularity with the girls, it's them who end up leading the mobs. With women security usually missing at events it's been left to his manager and publicist (both girls) to manage the unruly female attention.
