A name is very important when it comes to deciding a film's future.

Currently, news is that Aditya Chopra and Parmeet Sethi, the producer and director of the Shahid Kapoor–Anushka Sharma starrer is battling it out over the title of the film. Yash Raj Films' is producing the untitled film.

Parmeet had reportedly put forth two names for the film; ‘Right Hand Man' and ‘Friends and Company' but Aditya rejected both of them.

However, Parmeet, who is directing a film for the first time, denied that the duo is fighting over the issue. He agrees that there have been disagreements but no wars are being fought.

Until they settle over a title, they call the film as YRF's Production No 36. The film has finished shooting for its first two schedules and will start the third in America next month.
