Looks like Sanjay Leela Bhansali has a jinxed luck during the making of his films. Initially Devdas went through umpteen hiccups now the news is that his latest venture, Bajirao Mastani, is being shelved. Instead he is all set to make a quickie—a thriller based on Gujrati play for which he wants Bachchan to play the lead. In fact if reports are to be believed Sanjay Leela Bhansali was in Nasik to meet Bachchan who was shooting for Khakee recently.

Amitabh Bachchan has not yet given any reply to Sanjay. Few know that the director had planned this film earlier too for which he wanted to cast Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai and Vivek Oberoi but he thought of going ahead with Bajirao Mastani. Meanwhile sanjay also scoffed at the rumours that Bhumika Chawla was to Bajirao's wife. "Nothing has been finalized yet," he said.
