Known for his power packed performances in the films like Parinda, Agnisakhsi, Prahar and Khamoshi Nana Patekar admitted his relationship with the actress Manisha Koirala, in a recent interview. "Manisha and I were not meant for each other." he exclaims.
"I met Manisha while shooting for Khamoshi and we grew to understand each other. She often visited my mother and son and they received her with affection. It was a beautiful relationship but, like all couples, we had our downs too. We gave a lot to each other, but the relationship did not work out. However, I still respect Manisha." he adds.
Though the actor is still married but right now he is living alone. "Nilkanti(Wife) and I shared numerous years of happiness together. We supported each other through thick and thin. But, over the years, we developed certain irreconcilable differences and grew apart. Today, we continue to be married but stay separately." he says.
