A lukewarm response to Barjatya's 'Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon' has mellowed down this Kapoor junior. Kareena who once walked out on Karan Johar, for not paying her market price, has decided to do a movie for free. Anant Balani is the lucky guy who will be casting Kareena in his low-budget movie 'Chameli'.

Apart from that she is also working with Mani Ratnam and Deepa Mehta for her international project.

Inspite of her recent endeavours, bad patch for Kareena is far from over. Sanjay Leela Bhansali had signed Kareena not just for Bajirao Mastani but also for Hindi-English bilingual, Black and Bebo was equally happy to bag such project. But when the director approached Big B for the lead role, he blatantly refused to work with Kareena and asked him to choose between him and Bebo.

It seems like you still have to work a bit harder to earn due respect Kareena.
