Sonu Nigam believes that his new haircut and goatee can rejuvenate his nondescript acting career and so do we, that is why we are writing this feature on his upcoming film 'Love in Nepal'. To prove his critics wrong, Rajat Mukherjee has picked up the gauntlet as a director of the film. It is his first film out of the Ram Gopal Verma camp.
It's a story of Abby (Sonu Nigam) and Meenaxi Malhotra (Fllora Saini). Abby is a carefree guy who lives life on his own terms. He heads an ad agency 'Madness' and exudes confidence in every step of his life.
But things are about to change very soon. Madness is overtaken by a multinational company which places Meenaxi Malhotra as the new VP. The obvious ego clash and fierce competition leads to the rivalry between the two. Amidst all the animosity, they are sent for an advertising shoot in Nepal. The shoot which will change their lives forever.
In Nepal, Meenaxi surprises herself by falling for Abby's bohemian attittude. And then some unexpected events take place which force them to go on the run. They have to stick together to overcome their hurdles.
Love In Nepal re-inroduces Asha Saini as heroine who had played a cameo in 'Bharat Bhagya Vidhata'. The film also features, Sweta Keswani, Raj Zutshi, Rajpal Yadav, Ehsaan Khan and Vijay Raaz.
