There are two ways of making it to the top, the hard one and the easy one. Mallika took the latter and 'smooched' her way to the fame and limelight. But is she ready to be type cast? "No," says the sultry siren who is already sick after giving umpteen interviews discussing her 'Khwahish' role and adds, "I have no problems about exposing if the script demands but I won't compromise my morals for a role. Sexuality is not about the right look — it's about the right attitude."
She feels that sex-appeal is all about being at ease with one's self, and being comfortable with one's body. When asked what makes her sexy, "My body!" pat comes the reply. "Men are drooling over me and it's a great feeling", she gushes.
Her 17 kisses are still talk of the town but it is her very own first kiss that tops her list of memorable experiences. "It was literally spicy since my date had just finished eating green chillies. He made my eyes water instead of my mouth", she remembers. Right now Mallika is working in Govind Menon's next film titled 'Double Attraction'. The film is a story of two girls with completely opposite outlooks. Apart from that, Mallika has also bagged an Indo-French project, which will have a British actor opposite her.
