Pratik, who was missing from the film scene after Jaane Tu..., has signed on a number of films. He will be working with Rohan Sippy and Abhishek Bachchan for his next film.

Rohan's film is about drug trafficking in Goa where Abhishek plays a police officer who is out to bust the drug racket. To prepare better for the film, the actors are studying narcotic neurosis and characteristics of criminals.

Both Rohan and Abhishek felt that Pratik would be very suitable for the role, as they wanted a fresh face. Pratik will be doing one more film with Rohan as he signed a two-film deal with the producer. Rohan has confirmed the news.

Meanwhile, Pratik has also signed on My Friend Pinto, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Saif Ali Khan's home production. Looks like this young fellow has no time to lose!
