A local court on Tuesday fixed October 7 as the next date of hearing in the case filed by the National institute of fashion design (NIFD) against model-turned-actress Katrina Kaif, charging her with a breach of contract.
The court had earlier directed Kaif to appear for Tuesday's hearing. However, her counsel sought more time, prompting civil judge Sanjay Sandhir to fix the new date. NIFD had filed a civil suit against Kaif, alleging she backed out from participating in a show scheduled to be held in Nagpur on Wednesday.
