All you critics, lo and behold, the Kapoor junior has graduated. She has achieved something, for which Karisma had to wait till the fag end of her career. She has won the appreciation of the art directors, who don't hold mainstream glam dolls in very high esteem.
"She is simply amazing," says Govind Nihalani who is directing Kareena in 'Dev' alongside bigwigs like Om Puri and Amitabh Bachchan and adds, "She is the most gifted actress of her generation. She is destined for truly great things."
The actress, who often draws a lot of flak for her snobbish attitude, decided to make some changes in wake of her sluggish performance at the box-office. But this hasn't changed her passion for the regular masala films, which happen to be her first love.
"Kareena has great passion for acting. She is an absolute natural and great judge of her own self. Her advantage is that she has taken much less time than Karisma to make the move from masala movies to meaningful cinema," says the veteran who loved her perky performance in Barjatya's love caper MPKDH.
Despite doing offbeat films like 'Dev' and 'Chameli', the petite lass continues to be rage among gen X. We must say, 'There is something about Bebo' !
