She may not be sizzling hot like Bipasha or she may not be going places like Ash but when it comes to who-rules-the-box-office funda, no one beats cherubic Zinta.
After delivering back to back hits like 'Koi...Mil Gaya' and 'Kal Ho Na Ho' in 2003 Preity has decided to try her hand at writing. Very soon, you'll be able to read her column on life and cinema at BBC.com every month.
Why this sudden shift Preity?
"I'm not professional writer but I feel it would be a good opportunity for me to have my say," she says and reveals, "It's about 700-800 words per column, and I can write anything from the prospects of mainstream cinema to Indian culture and... life!"
Well, Well, Well.... so the bubbly beauty is actually coming out of the shell. But what about her films?
"I've just finished Farhan Akhtar's 'Lakshya' and that leaves me with only one film on hand, Yash Chopra's underproduction film. I guess, that's enough work for me. I agree my hands get full very quickly. But if I've less to hold I can hold it better, isn't it," she gushes.
Totally agreed Preity! We hope that you weave the same magic with your pen as you have woven on the silver screen.
Nothing succeeds like success, what you say guys?
