Katrina Kaif, who is supposedly in London recovering after her surgery, was actually in New York for a bit to meet Ranbir Kapoor, who is shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala's ‘Anjaana Anjaani'.

She is in London to celebrate New Year's Eve with her family but looks like family is tangential when it comes to Ranbir.

A family member of Katrina's let slip that she is in New York. And while Katrina has denied it saying that it's a family joke that she is in New York because she is harassed by many calls, it is just too coincidental.

Recently, Katrina skipped boyfriend Salman Khan's birthday and their relationship hasn't been going great. Ranbir split with Deepika but neither of them has really let go.

Ranbir and Katrina's friendship blossomed on the sets of ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani' and they even worked on ‘Rajneeti' together.
