Uday Chopra, who will be seen as a geek in forthcoming film "Pyaar Impossible", says that his look on screen is inspired by "Chak De! India" director Shimit Amin.

"I observed people who worked around me for the body language and mannerisms. I observed Shimit Amin, the director - the way he stands, the way he carries himself - he has a very geeky way of doing things. The specs that I wear in the film are exactly like Shimit's specs," said Uday in a statement.

"I also studied classic geeks like Woody Alan and Bill Gates," he added.

In "Pyaar Impossible", Uday is paired with Priyanka Chopra. Directed by Jugal Hansraj, the romantic comedy shows how fate brings Uday and Priyanka together and love blooms amidst all odds.

The film is slated to hit screens Jan 8.
