Starring Neil Nitin Mukesh, the slum movie has been uploaded on video sharing website YouTube by unknown sources.
While Mishra was unavailable for comment, Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan, whose last outing "Paa" was leaked on the first day of its release last month on the same website, says nothing can be done about piracy in India.
"This is one of the curses of latest technology. We asked YouTube to remove 'Paa' but nothing was done. Sadly there is no way we can stop it, " Amitabh said here Tuesday while promoting his upcoming movie "Rann".
Also starring Soha Ali Khan, Kay Kay Menon, Shahana Goswami and street child Sikandar as himself, "Tera Kya Hoga Johnny" was also to be dubbed in English for the international audience.
Having already been screened at different festival circuits across the world, it was sitting in the cans since almost two years, awaiting a release.
It was tentatively slated to release this year.
