Yes, we mean it, it's wedding time for Aishwarya on Valentine's Day, ahhh... but not her own.

The pretty lady will grace the city of Nawabs on the wedding of Sahara tycoon Subrata Roy's younger son Shumanto who will say the vows to his sweetheart, Chandni Toor.

The actress will be among the many celebrity guests at the lavish wedding, which will be held at the Sahara city complex in Lucknow.

Sahara has booked all rooms in the city's several luxury hotels and is laying out lavish cuisine, comfort and entertainment to make guests feel at home.

Rai's close ties with Roy are well known. The business magnate arranged for an aircraft to take Rai to hospital last year when she had an accident on location during the shoot of Khakee.

"After the wedding dates were announced, I told my producers that I have to be in Lucknow on these days. Therefore, I even completed the shooting of my latest film Kyon ... Ho Gaya Na. It is going to be a lot of fun as everybody from Bollywood will be there. No specific plans to celebrate Valentine's Day though," she said when someone caught up with her to know her V-day plans.

Everybody from Bollywood? Ahhhem...... That definitely includes Vivek Oberoi too.
