Pratik now flaunts a super fit toned body that stands a proof to his grueling fitness regime and keeping true to his unconventional image, Pratik has opted for unique ways of working towards a great body.
Pratik has taken up to Kalaripayattu, Yoga and dance on a regular basis. Reveals a source "Pratik is very fitness-oriented and apart from the normal routines in the gym, he has also taken up to a different style of yoga which combines yoga with a unique Dravidian form of martial arts called Kalaripayattu – the mother of martial arts - that works on your physical, mental and spiritual development.
Pratik has also trained in ‘Salsa' with dance expert Sandip Soparrkar, and hopes to continue learning other South American dance forms. He has performed for Sandip's annual shows and especially loved doing the show Sandip put up in aide for orphan children.
