Mumbai-based 21-year-old model Sneha Chopra was selected as the face of the Ms Bikini India International 2010 Reality Show and Pageant.

Sneha Chopra was selected from a short-list of about 150 candidates, informed a spokesperson. She will host the Reality Show associated with the Ms Bikini India International pageant wherein 20 semi-finalists will be locked up for 45 days in a secluded resort on a deserted island. She will be paid a princely sum for a year long assignment which will put her into the big league.

According to sources, about 1500 candidates were auditioned for the coveted position. Sneha Chopra will model for the print, outdoor and television advertisements associated with the event, said Flynn Remedios, organizer of Ms Bikini India International.

Auditions for the event scheduled to be held in August 2010 in Goa have already begun and semi-final rounds for selection of the zonal candidates will be held at four locations – Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta and Bangalore in June 2010.

"A special feature of this year's event is the change in contest rules – the Ms Bikini India International Reality Show and Pageant is open to all Indian origin girls between 18 to 25 years from all over the world.

There will be an online event called Ms Bikini Online as well as a sub event for international contestants titled Ms Bikini International, " explained the organizer of the pageant.
