It looks like Bollywood filmmakers have become avid watchers of Tamil films as they have proved of their adeptness by patently adding creative elements in their remake versions.
Farah Khan's brother Sajid Khan had previously remade Sathyaraj's 'Asathal' as 'Heyy Baby' that featured Akshay Kumar in lead role.
Now, the duo combo had recently made their comeback with 'Housefull', which is nothing but a inspiration of Kamal Haasan's 'Kadhala Kadhala'. Although, the plot of both these films remains the same, Sajid Khan has tried embellishing the script with witty lines and exotic foreign locations.
'Kadhala Kadhala' was all about two friends and their ladyloves, who are urged to cross the pairs as their parents have made wrong assumptions. The comedy of errors is followed by unexpected twists and turns, when they hire a big bungalow to make their parents believe that they have become richer.
Akshay Kumar's 'Kambakkht Ishq' was again a remake of Kamal Hassan's 'Pammal K Sammadham' that had some new colours of lavishness with Hollywood superstars making their cameo.
In all likelihood, Farah Khan's 'Main Hoon Naa' was exactly remade in Tamil as 'Aegan' with Ajith Kumar and Nayanthara playing lead roles and choreographer Raju Sundaram directing it.
